Rules of writing a letter to the Supreme Court of Nakhchivan AR

BEFORE APPLYING IN ADDRESS TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE NAKHCHIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC, PLEASE READ THE RULES:

1. Appeals sent in electronic form through the official website of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic shall be received by the General Department of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and referred to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Citizens' Appeals” dated September 30, 2015 No. 1308-IVQ. Approved by Presidential Decree No. 950 of June 23, 2016 Registered and reviewed in accordance with the "Rules of clerical work".
2. It is important to answer the form correctly before writing the text.
3. The text must be compiled in the alphabet of the language in which it is written, it must not be written in capital or lowercase letters, it must be divided into sentences, and the rules of using punctuation marks must be followed.
4. The appeal should be written in clear and fluent sentences.
5. Ethical rules must be observed when applying. The application will not be answered if rude expressions are used or the author does not provide accurate information about himself.
6. Dear website users! Given the nature of large data flow processing, please respect some of the limitations:
The time for sending electronic data from one source is limited to 1-5 minutes, depending on the load on the server.
The text of the e-application should not exceed 1,500 characters.
The e-application must not contain attachments. Letters with long text, copies of documents, photos and other allowed attachments should be sent to the E-mail address of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic or to this address by regular mail:
